Salesforce Manager

The Role
The Barrett Edge has an immediate opening for a bright, hard-working individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have had Salesforce experience in Fintech, excellent communication skills, and a knack for complex problem-solving. The candidate will have the opportunity to be an integral part of a growing team in a fast-paced, work environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain CRM systems (including reports, dashboard, workflows, security, etc.)
  • Manage multiple user setups, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations
  • Make recommendations and design solutions that improve user experience, expand platform utilization, and align with the overall company strategy
  • Financial document review (e.g., P&Ls and balance sheets)
  • Work with third-party vendors and Salesforce premier support to resolve issues
  • Develop reports and processes that monitor data quality and summarize key performance indicators
  • Perform regular internal system audits, report to leadership in a digestible fashion, and execute upgrades

Key Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years of Salesforce Development experience, preferably in alternative finance and/or Fintech
  • Experience with full-project lifecycle implementations, as well as the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems, data extensions and/or analytics
  • Ability to design, code, test, debug, package, and deploy quality, scalable, and well-documented solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Knowledge of the following technical concepts – data management, data security, business workflow, data retention, and business requirements
  • Working proficiency in Apple products
  • Degree from a four-year university in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
  • Salesforce Certification(s)
  • Candidate must be willing to work in our Fort Lauderdale office
